Attendees wore bright colours as Dad requested that this should be a celebration of his life.

Funeral service was at Portchester Crematorium on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at 1pm then, afterwards. at The Titchfield Mill, Mill Lane, Fareham PO15 5RF.

Dad's ashes were scattered next to the path, midway between the markers for Plots 91 and 92, to be reunited with Mum and with Uncle Chas (their brother-in-law,  husband of Dad's sister).

If preferred, cheques made out to each/either of Dad's chosen charities (and with Dad’s name written on the back of each cheque) can be sent (until 26th July 2017) to:

Thank you for thinking of and/or attending Dad's 'goodbye' and for your generosity and kindness in contributing to the memory of the best Dad (my hero) who was also a wonderful father-in-law, Opa, Great Opa, Uncle, friend and, acclaimed by many who knew him, as an all-round 'good egg'!
